There are a few makers with WS initials. It is hard to tell without seeing it.

Hey Cody, I think you mean "Plumb" Gold and not Plump :-) Plumb Gold means it's spot on; the piece is guaranteed to be not less than 14 carat gold. Hope someone can help you out with the maker.
