Who when and where for this gold lock charm?

Hi. We purchased this some years ago and just started researching it. The hall marking is attached. It looks like it is 9 carat (375 mark). Probable mid-1800s. It is different in that the lock has 5 rivets as compared to the 4 screws more commonly found.
