White Gold Ring, Scarab, 18 karat, Hallmark H.R?

Hello

I have purchased a lovely ring and have been trying to find out ANYTHING about it. It has 2 markings. One says 18K and the other one I think says H.R or H.K or maybe H.L, maybe it is not even an H. It is really hard to tell. The ring is worn and the mark is in a very special style. I hope anybody can tell me anything.
