white cameo on black surface surrounded by 16 diamonds

I am 57, l have had this cameo since I was ten. It's a beautiful ring white cameo on black surface surrounded by 16 diamonds. The underside of the ring itself has a beautiful design. I have never seen one like it, and am trying to find where it comes from.
