Where does it come from? Confirmation Cross

my grandmother gave me my cross for my confirmation and told me it had been my great grandmothers and her mothers before her.

I am not sure what country it comes from although i do think it comes from europe as my family came to australia not that long ago, well.. 120 years young, the photos should give you some more info as it's hard to describe.
