what period is this ring from?

I bought this quartz and 9k old ring at a flea market and was told it was Victorian. The quartz is a simple table cut and there's some openwork on the setting.There are 2 marks inside the band. One is 375 for 9k gold, and the other looks like it might be 8.3.10, though it's really hard to tell. But it made me wonder whether this ring was from the Edwardian period instead of Victorian. Any opinions? Please see photos. Any other ideas what the other mark might be?
