What is antique flora cameo made of ?

I am perplexed. I know it is an antique cameo and it has a c clasp. I also know that is a left handed cameo and the cameo is the goddess flora. But I can't figure out what it is made of can you help please. I have many cameos but this one intrigues me. Thank you in advance.
