Theresa, the marks are most likely those of the Designer or the individual Jeweler's who created it. There was no image of the actual mark inside this beautiful sapphire diamond ring.
It is very possible that this ring was made "on commission", i.e. as a specific request or special order by a client, but without the benefit of an image, I couldn't find any other relevant references.
