What do you think my Cameo on a full shell is worth ?

My father 30 years ago bought this beautiful cameo for a song, they had priced it wrong and tried their hardest to purchase it back, it is carved on a

full intact shell and I think it is very old...my daughter is getting married very soon...some xtra money would be welcome =)
