What country do I have?

I recently inherited some jewelry. One piece has me stumped. It bears the 916 which, I understand, is 22K. It also has what appears to be a rat facing left and some other numbers that I can't quite make out; perhaps 50.41. So, what country and what do the marks other than the 916 mean?
