Wedgewood Ring from Paris Flea Market

I purchased a wedgewood cameo ring at a flea market in Paris for roughly $2 US. It has a slight hairline crack across the bottom portion of it. It's pale blue and marked "Wedgewood Made in England 63TC" on the back of it. I love the ring, because it reminds me of that splendid day in Paris at the flea market. Of course it's flawed (with the hairline crack), but is it worth enough to note on insurance? Thank you for any assistance you can provide.
