wedding ring

I have a gold ring I believe may have been my g grandmother's. I was told today it is 15 ct rose gold and english. It has hallmarks knot (looks like a pretzel) the number 15 and what looks like a cat or a fox. I have uploaded a photos of this.

I am trying to find out more about it in hopes to find the original owner (my ancestors). They were in Melbourne Victoria but told this is English, maybe imported?
