Vivani watches are known for their sparkle and bubble, with embellishments like pearls and crystal, and not for having a lot of features. All they have is an analog display of the time. No special watch functions has she - they don't show the date and they don't have alarms, backlights or other special functions and that's precisely why these watches are so popular.
We've got a similar watch. Ours is round in shape but everything else appears identical. We are trying to find information and yours is the ONLY one similar to ours after a exhaustive websearch.

what a lovely pendant watch! Is it still working? How old do you think it is? I believe pendant watches are making a big comeback.
Oh, what is the chain made from, how long is it, and what are the dimensions of the watch face? I'm off to a conference in November, down-under and is exactly what I had in mind.
