Circular red enamel stickpin, 7/16" Diameter, 2-1/2" long. Face bears a wreath, surmounted by a crown, surrounding the number "1 1/2" and the date 1860. The reverse bers the impressed head of a woman (facing left) surrounded by the words "Victoria DG REGINA PD"
