Unusual Necklace

I have a silver necklace approximately 18 inches long. It is made up of several open circles that form a triangle. Hanging from the triangle are several items including: a small spoon, a fish, a brush, a small vial, tweezers and a pick. Do you have any idea what this is? I know it is at least 50 years old.
