Unicorn 9 W hallmark by: Sarah
I too have something in rose gold (I think a man's wedding ring) with a unicorn head, then 9W. It was found in a garden in Geelong. I will try to get a photo and send it in.

Gold Bangle | Not Solid Gold by: Anonymous
Hi thanks for writing in. So that we know which direction to commence research, it helps if you could provide as much info as possible, especially as we have no image, there are hundreds of animal marks. If we're talking US manufacturer, a strange looking animal mark with a pointed horn/head was used by H.H. Curtis MA, USA - ca 1891 - 1915. Without an image can not tell.
If you think it is US made, you might like to try researching under "US Jewelry Marks 1922 edition". The link to what visitors tell me is a very useful resource is in the Jewelry Resources.
How and where did you acquire the bangle? Was it inherited? Auction site in US? Flee market in UK or Australia?
Many Gold Bangles are Hollow and these types of bangles are very easy to damage, just a slight knock can bend and dent them. You can have these hollow gold bangles, "oil filled" or "wax filled" which does make them a little more sturdy however, caveat emptor they are not Solid Gold.
