Ultrasound versus hand carved cameo?

Hi there,

I just bought this small cameo. I liked its Boticellian grace and proportion. Then I've read about the FFS (Fresh Fallen Snow) syndrome and looked at the cameo with a jeweler's magnifying glass. I didn't really see any carving tool trace and started to wonder if my cameo has been ultrasonically carved instead of being hand carved, as I thought. What do you think?
