The only EIJ registered with London, refers to EI jewellery. Their trading name is Delan Jewellery. They first registered in 1977, so if it's an older piece then it's not likely to be a London maker. The shield shape is similar (a rectangle with points at 12 oclock and 6 o'clock) so 'it's not exactly the same as you have, but it's as near as i can get for you.
