I found myself in a similar situation, leading me to research the 22 BKt mark. Apparently, it is the same as 22K, thus, the ring is 22 karat gold, a very high mark. Here are some links to pieces with the same mark:
it is difficult to respond to a question like yours which doesn't have a photographic image of the mark. 22 Kt usually suggests an Indian gold hallmark ( 91.6% pure gold), the B though could indicate a 22Kt plated piece. Hope this helps.
