trying to identify mark

this bracelet is 18K white gold and is dated for 1930.

It has 66VI on the back along with 750 (being 18K), I am thinking VI means Vicenza Italy but not sure what 66 is or if it it a rare piece. Thanks ahead of time Tammy Kelly Have sent pics too.
