I do not know where you live, but I am in Northern California and have a jeweler who can recreate the ring for you. I would need more specific details though and a picture. If you would like more info email me at cheri@thegoldmart.com I also have an appraisal service so we can value the ring for you which would be the first step in getting it insured.

Titanic Engagement Ring

I saw a picture of the Titanic engagement ring in a Library book and was so taken with it that I had it copied as a gift for my wife.

I could not afford platinum and diamonds so I had made in saphires and gold. My suggestion is that you use the insurance money and do the same thing. I sourced the stones myself and supplied 18gms of scrap 22ct gold. Made in Scotland and bears very scarce Edinburgh Assay marks.
