tiffany cufflinks

I acquired this set of cufflinks recently. They are double-sided gold with turquoise center stones. They are stamped 'Tiffany on the reverse inside. I know this is a costume jewelry answer center but I could find no one yet to tell me anything about these. If you possibly could I would appreciate it. I have included a pic. Thanks
