The sea shell pin is exactly like other similar Tiffany sea shell pins that you might find online. This piece also says K18 Italy if that might make a difference. Thanks all.

Tffany Hand Etching Sea Shell Pin by: Lynne
That's a good question, and if I could know more about this piece I might be able to give you some clues. Can you describe the sea shell pin? Where did you get it from? Hand-etched Tiffany & Co? Lynne

Hello. I have a sea shell pin that is signed Tiffany & Co. in script. Also the K18 is also hand etched. Did Tiffany ever hand etch hallmark/karat? Thanks.

I found a link to Tiffany & Company hallmarks here. You can see if yours would match any of those listed. Sometimes age will wear away part of the hallmark but you might find a possible match.

Antique Stick Pins by: Anonymous
Thats interesting, maybe these identical stick pins were originally joined together with a safety chain to resemble the very early stick pins. The first stickpins were simple and consisted of clusters of stones or single stones or plain gold; sometimes two were worn linked together by a chain.

Tiffany & Co., Hallmarks by: Yvonne Hammouda-Eyre
Hi Art, without the benefit of a photo, the Tiffany maker's mark that comes closest to resembling the figure 8 sideways would be John C Moore's mark -1853. If the pins are a matching set, this could be why one of the pins only is stamped Tiffany & Co. best regards Yvonne Hammouda-Eyre ANTIQUE JEWELRY INVESTOR
