tiffany antique cultured pearl necklace

I have a tiffany pearl necklace that was handed down to me. it is absolutely gorgeous! It has an 18k gold clasp & the pearls (i believe are cultured). there are 118-120 pearls & they get larger in front & smallest by clasp. My question is what are they worth? they are off white, heavy, perfect in size but i just don't wear them. any help would be appreciated! Thank you! Julianne
