Three string costume pearl necklace with clasp that look like rubies...

I was given a necklace by my brother approx 50 years ago, he bought it for his girlfriend at the time but never gave it to her.

I am now 60 and still have it. It has three strings of pearls, not sure if they are real, and the clasp has many red little stones, again i dont know if they are real, i would not think so. I was wondering what value this would be if i were to sell it.
