Swedish Hallmark

I am trying to find out all I can on a ring that appears to be made in Sweden. I am unable to make out the date letter, it is Z3 or Z8 (1830/1950)the ring looks old but that is no proof of the date of manufacture.

Any and all help on the maker and date would be appreciated.
