silver cameo with 4 eyes

I have a very unique sterling cameo pin - the beautiful woman at closer look, has four eyes and an elongated nose - really! The words on the back say something like: 'Pomerantz'(maybe) and the word 'movement' underneath in a rectangular box. Do you have any idea about this pin? I would love to know more... Thanks!!
