rose gold ring 1901

hello, i have inherited a rose gold ring, it is engraved 20.7.01, the hallmark says 15 then 625 then the 3rd part has rubbed away, it has a maroon stone in it in the shape of a coat of arms.

I live in northern ireland, do you know where it would have come from and guess on the sort of price of it? thanks
