Repainting faux pearls

Hi, my name is Christina. Recently I inherited a beautiful faux pearl bracelet from my grandmother, whom inherited it from my great great aunt. The finish, or luster, to the beads has begun to peel off. Is there any kind of spray paint I can purchase to recoat them to give them the original cream pearl look they had 50 years ago? If possible, do you know what store I can purchase such a product from? Thank you so much!
