That's a difficult one. Only oysters can repairs pearls ;-) If the pearls are not rare natural pearls you might try re-glazing them yourself by evenly applying a little bit of pearl nail polish in a shade that is closest to the pearls. If the surface is badly damaged you won't have much to loose by trying.
If they are expensive pearls, you could get them restrung minus the pearls badly in need of restoration.
