Portabello Gold Ring

I have just bought a gold ring from portabello rd markets in london. Inside it is marked from left to right;

S.G.W (just the letters no surrounds) 9 375 (in the pre 1975 style) e (this style e imprinted within a square shape) y (in the same style, also within a square).

The ring is gold with a light green oval stone in the centre, surrounded by alternate light green and clear small circular stones, like a flower, the total size of the setting is about 1cm x 0.8cm. Could you please help to identify the marks?
