Hi Steve the mark that looks like an Omega symbol is the UK - LONDON mark on 22ct, 18ct, 15ct, 12ct & 9ct GOLD on IMPORTED WARES - ca 1933 - 1975

Because of the amount of hallmark questions we have been receiving we are unable unfortunately to provide free opinions on watch marks now.
