Plat pearl diamond ring 1 cm with marking

I have a plat pearl ring with two diamonds on each side of the pearl which measures 1 cm and had rose undertones and feels very silky, there is a mark inside the ring - it's "CDL" - does this mean anything or is the ring worth anything?
