Pink Cameo - General Inquiry

I'm just wondering about my cameo, its a pink lady facing towards the front set in a white background and encased in gold. I would like to know maybe age, or any ideas on materials (p.s. I tried the hot pin test and nothing melted) Can you help me? I haven't seen anything similar to it, is it rare or am I not looking properly, would you happen to know how much its worth?
