Pinchbeck Locket?

Thank you for your prompt reply to a recent question. I'm back with another, this time regarding a locket and watch chain.

The craftsmanship is exquisite, but both chain and locket are unmarked for content or maker. I thought it was brass, then noticed a copper color peeking through in areas. I've never seen Pinchbeck in person, but thought maybe that's what the locket and chain are. I also don't know what the blue stone centers on the flowers are.

Inside, it can hold 2 photos; both retaining frames, plastic coverings and paper are present. There were no marks here, either.

Also, the locket is quite large (approx. 2-3/16" long, not including bale).

Thank you in advance for any information you can offer.
