Pendant with a honeybee

I am looking to buy a gold? pendant the lady said is ab. 80 yrs old. On inside is a honeybee with R B M
An 18 to its left side and a 74 to it's right side. Under the bee are the letters ATRICE.
She is asking $50 and we do not really know if it is worth it. Thanks for the help.
