tiffany pearl ring

I have an old pearl ring, as far as i can tell it has 14 written inside the band. the pearl is set in some kind of metal that looks like white gold, has light blue sets inside a pointed spear circle, with the pearl setting on top. It is made by Tiffany and was given to me by an old lady in a nursing home. Can you tell me if this ring has any value and what the value might be and what kind of metal this might be? thanks
