Origin of left facing roman man's head on outside of shank.

This is an 18kt onyx, pave diamond and emerald panther ladies ring. It is manufacturers' fitted with a spring "U" sizing mechanism on the inside of shank. The outside of the shank bears the profile of a Roman(?) man with flowing hair or possibly a floral headband. The outline is square. There is also an uppercase letter B, what appears to be a very tiny anchor or letter "E", both contained in a triangle. This second hallmark is quite small, I viewed it with a 20x loop. Can you help?
