"Non-Jewelry Item | Tiny Little John" 1901 | Who produced this please?

I acquired a minature walking stick that looks more like a baton. It is 12 inches tall. A very hard wood that looks like ebony. On the wood part is engraved "tiny little john" 1901. The top of the stick has a stamped gold top 2 inches in height. The hallmark is either K&H or K&M. Would you be so kind to advise of its' origin? Warm Regards, Dick Francis
