The name on the box usually does indicate the company or trade name. Is there a mark you can identify on the clasp of the cultured pearls perhaps - that may also assist?

CADORO which was founded by actor Steve Brody & Dan Steneskieu, NY, NY (1945- c. 1980's). They may have made pearl jewelry under Cadora - not sure.

Nina Ricci also for Cadoro (1964). Your cultured pearl wedding necklace sounds beautiful. Pearls are the quintessential wedding gem par excellence!
