Name my ring maker!

what does 'DT; or 'nT' on a ring mean? It's a sapphire and 2x diamond ring, 18ct marked white gold. It was purchased for $800 at an antiques store 6 years ago but the seller couldnt tell me the maker. I would like to now more.
