Mystery Pearl Ring

Given this ring by an elderly lady about 8 years ago, the lady was in her 80s

It's worn often and there is no discoloration.

There are 2 marks on the back of the ring. I would be interested to see if anyone can enlighten me with any information. The mark on the pearl has been there since I got it.
