My Father Bought My Mother a 3 String Pearl Necklace

Yes I am in care of a 3 string pearl necklace my father may have bought in the 60's or 50's, it was the first jewelry my father ever bought my mom, the pearls are different sizes, some are pretty large and the strings have busted. how do i know how much they are worth and where could I get it restrung?
