UK marks usually comprise 3-5 Marks, not necessarily aligned in the same order. These marks will include the Maker's mark, Town mark, Standard (Purity) mark, Date Letter, & Duty mark.
As you cannot find a UK Town mark, I have a feeling the ring could be US manufactured. In which case, the maker could be:
WILLIAM GALE & SON (later REED & BARTON) (Manufacturing Silversmiths, New York, NY, USA) from 1822 - 1928
Your local jeweler can test the stones and determine if they are diamonds or not.
