Man's signet ring marked OR 10K

Hello!

I found a wonderful old ring in what appears to be its original art deco style ring box. The ring is marked "OR 10K" and I'm wondering if that means it's gold or gold and "something." The ring is a man's "B" signet/initial ring with flat black stone.
Any help with that "OR" is greatly appreciated!
