Lorenza Bracelet | What do I have?

I have a Cameo bracelet I found cleaning out my Aunt's house. She passed away, and my mom doesn't know much about them. It's an antique gold clasp bracelet with a small chain Peach shell, and the only thing I can read on the inside of the braclet is LORENZA.
