If the RP is in two diamond shapes, with the points of the diamonds facing north, south, east and west, and the "east" point of the first diamond touching the "west" point of the second, with R in the first diamond and P in the second:

Then it's a manufacturer called Roy Pike Jewellery Ltd., who is based in Birmingham, but also has some of their items marked at London.
