Nice ring, but in order to help you appraise your ring we need some details. Any information you have on the ring such as where/when it was purchased on any markings it has on it will help a lot.
You can look for markings on the inside of the ring, it may be a purity or makers mark or there may be nothing. If it's gold the stones are likely real, being rubies and diamonds.
The value would not be in the stones, but in the weight of gold in the ring itself. Hope this helps.
