Good Morning Steve

it might be CRESCENT SILVERWARE MFG CO. Manufacturing Silversmiths, mostly Hollowware, Port Jervis & New York, NY ca. 1922-1977

Im not sure if the animal heads are horse's heads, but they are on
either side of the letter C and they are both facing the letter C.
