Large Czech Cameo

I have a large (2 in. by 1 1/2 in.) Cameo brooch, which has a left-facing head,who may be the goddess Diana, as she has a half-moon symbol on her head. Her hair is composed of loose, flowing waves and is soft brown. You can see an ear carved into the cameo, with the hair behind the ear. The cameo may be made out of stone or glass; it is not plastic.

The background is black. Surrounding the cameo is a gold filigree with ten, small, multi-colored rhinestones, spaced on the gold filigree. On the back, the pin is marked CZECHO. I am interested in finding out the age of this cameo and if it is unique.

Also, whether or not Czech cameos were common and what type of material were used.
